I’ve had another ponder for the recent mathematical assumptions above. 3.5% of the company moved ownership for ? consideration as the funding round was 1m per 10%. We chipped in LEI $1m contribution , which is the full 10% funding consideration and we picked up ownership of 3.5% in the process. So, i would say 65% of that 1M was what we paid for 3.5%.
This values the entity at $18.5m
