    your right; was mulling it over the weekend too as felt something was off, so re-read the announcement.

    PYC didn’t buy 3.5% off LEI - the deal was for a 53.84% increase/issue of new VP shares for $10m, valuing the new entity at $28.57m; of which

    PYC - went up to 93.5% (full take up)
    LEI - went down to 6.5% (zero take up)

    sorry for calc errors in above posts.
