Well, it will be 4 weeks after the 3rd patient has been dosed that the safety review committee will meet and give their verdict, as I understand it.
That verdict will decide if they proceed to the 10 microgram dose (no SAE) or not (if there have been serious adverse effects.)
We know the first patient has been dosed. But it looks like they won’t tell us when the next 2 have been done. So we won’t know when the 4 week clock starts ticking.
Bugger!
