Thanks Akki. Seems we do have a history with gram negative then. The difference seems to be in those early days we could identify phylomer that alone had anti bacterial effect. I assume this as before we even understood endosomal escape. Assume the effective phylomer were escaping we just didnt know at the time.
The only difference now seems to be we are able to not only target and enter the cells but I assume we can now drag in very specific payloads with the phylomers?
As you say still gives the impresson they are just looking. I guess the question is if the additional patented proof of escape and conjugation of payload ability gives them something they simply cant replicate themselves for free.
