i am merely repeating words i have heard from inside PYC. So, it may be a new rule, or they may be playing more by the book. Not sure at all why there are differences here. In any event, they seem to be marching in that direction, so we just wait. Not much point in what they have established in the US if they don’t plan on raising capital at some stage and or listing.
