There are more than enough local active Fund managers/LIC/superfunds that have the FUM to be a SH (5%) or even hold up to 20%.
$25m to $100m active accumulation by one or two fundies in belief to their intrinsic valuation targets - will see us to $0.70 the good old fashion way - on market buying.
