yes all the crashes usually have that phrase uttered for weeks before, esp dotcom bubble. I actually could see that one coming and suggested to my broker these stocks might lose 90% overnight, which the.y pretty much did. i have div stocks only at that time. Phew.
I dont think it applies to PYC at all, but if it does, its in reverse….
