i think the whole excitement for me started when PYC said it could evade some part of the intracellular destruction that drugs go through. And therefore our drug dosing could be orders of magnitude lower. Endosomal escape I think was the term used which to me means the endosomal processs of capture of said drug is avoided or at least significantly reduced.
It’s getting to the pointy end where we see now why it is important (thru failures elsewhere where they use higher drug doses with catastrophic effects albeit many differences apply) and move forward with fingers crossed.
