I think that's right. If you had say 100 million shares, you would be entitled to 20 million shares at 5.5c. You would know how many you can afford, and you could offer up the spare ones to the instos. A Tribe is underwriting the shortfall so clearly this is about spreading the love rather than Tribe making a take over by stealth. But he is still there to mop up a few from the likes of us.I think it is a very clever , transparent and brilliant move, and the newbies have had to pay twice what most longer termers did, fair also.
