I do not and am not under estimating the potential of this business or I would not have invested in the first instance.
However with the current and future outflow of investor capital I would want to see actual revenue and not continued expenditure and a more realistic independant evaluation of the worth of MCL.
At the moment QBL receives 55% of 55% of 50% of what exactly? Hemp Hulling has been out of action going through the upgrade, hence Red Tractor sourcing their organic dehulled seed elsewhere and even with the upgrade HHC doesn't come close to matching APH's output.
CannTab is nowhere near producing or being able to export promised pill (need required licenses and no surety that they will be issued) ...
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.. I understand the risks.
A more palatable , realistic price for MCL paid 2yrs hence may have had a different reaction from the market.
As the deals are at the moment I do not see the cap raise @ 0.08 being successful but at least the options @ 0.06 may expire.

Excuse me if im wrong, but if we own 100% of mcl and mdc. How do you come up with we only getting 55%...we own 100%...
Something im missing?
