I'd suggest you re-read the ann. The issue price states at 4.9c/share if i'm not mistaken.
If SP goes up in the interim to 8c the market will cry.. but guess what? The market is the one setting the SP in the first place!

Might do an ASIC lookup and see if Andrew is the only shareholder though - may have had external capital backers who own a % stake. They'd get a cut of the share issue.
