Yes shares in escrow are normal fully paid shares eligible for any dividends. The restriction is essentially that they cannot be traded for the prescribed period being 2 years after (and if) ratified by shareholders. The likelihood of dividends even small ones is quite low in the next 2 years. 1 cent dividend comes to around $30 million, so I am thinking a maiden dividend of maybe 0.2cent. All IMO only. That is a yearly payout of $6 million, and QBL are quite far from being that profitable.
