two companies cannot conduct business unless both hold the required licenses
e.g. a Cultivator and Producer and only sell to a medical company that holds the manufacturing license (for obvious reasons)
Also, a quick difference between the two, as you can have a license for either or both, Cultivation is the growing/nurturing of the plant, Production is the seperation of the female flowers and leaves from the stem. (Growing and harvesting)
