@birdchirp my apologies for this bluntness, but did you read what i said at all?
In the announcement from QBL in regards to MCL and Medcan.
It is clearly stated that they(Medcan) have the Medicinal Cannabis Licence (cultivation and production) from the ODC
Nowhere in my comment did i mention that Medcan has a Manufacturers license.
They do not, it has not been stated that they do.
