going form my comment just posted i saw your post, which has made me think the outside facility is built with whatever security is need and type of building it needs to be, maybe the 2.5million is for this equipment needed?

Obviously Medcan's hands are tied with what they can say, but i would assume if you're been accepted for the license, at the very least you'd have a premises that's been designed to that standard?
