The problem was the bloody 131 pages....this was in the announcement but mentioned in a half arsed explanation saying it's "State of the art"

This information would of been nicer to know EVEN IF it's still speculation. nowhere in the announcement did it suggest Medcan being of magnitude. i understand the ODC requirements for high levels of privacy to the business details due to it being about weed.

But there is nothing wrong to suggest the size being "One of the biggest, one of the smallest, etc etc" this doesn't go against anything that i could think of.
