Good news Neil.. Focus on the main game and not the Unnecessary noise. Addressing every HC members complaints/compliments is a waste of managements time and personally I think Sholom is focusing too much time on appeasing/adressing anonymous cranky ill informed HC posters(the small minority). As Bas said "who cares" or words to that effect let them wait until the quarterlies. Although I do appreciate the info you do provide, it is some of the best in the business. its not an easy balance. Your doing a great job handling it all. Sometimes less is more.
