Not unexpected, but nevertheless, this announcement is deserving of an Open Briefing by TS as it strikes at the core of the CFE business model.
The market needs to be briefed on the plan adjustments and also be resold on the intrinsic value of CFE...otherwise a wave of negative emotion will destroy the SP.
