Agree, I don't want to be put in a bull camp but from here fundamentals look good minus further issuance. I find it hard to do a 20/21 scenario that isn't "very" positive vs where we are now based on recent anns. However, it really is time to work with the capital base we have. I've personally asked Ted to confirm outside of performance rewards the printing press is closed I presume others have also.

I am not opposed to big incentivisation of staff and having the best staff on board. Scaling is hard. It's far easier to be a critic or talk down a stock than to make something happen in tech and advertising.
