30% increase revenue on the 2018 annual report what a joke he just wants a hand out as it has already been achieved as 30% on ~11.4M would be ~14.9M which 2020 was ~15.4M.
Further the 25% on gross profit has also been done as only needs ~5.4M and is sitting at ~5.9M last year.
Even the EBITDA needs to be a 3.9M improvement to (3.9M) and is already (1.4M) so that's another hand me.
Heck even the net assets was (6.6M) so improvement would be (3.3M) which is 8.6M so that's another give me.
MC being a 50% increase is the only one he might have to try to get but if you issue enough shares you can get that and really we are talking about 2-3 pips.
Either way Ted is going to issue himself another 40M more shares even though he was paid 1.7M last year and comparing the 2018 SP (approx. 5c) to now (0.5c) this is not what you call great value for money IMO and certainly not worthy of PR.
Heck the man wont even pay back his loans as he has extended them 2x already and instead buys himself a Bugatti....
