You have to make allowances for me... I am but a simple soul completely out of my depth. So when I am faced with difficulties I have a quick talk to my cat. It's very hard for a cat to understand anything... but... when it starts to nod its head and purr I am satisfied I have got it good enough.
My cat started purring when I put the idea forward that the key to long term success is having lots of customers, no matter what the initial revenue. Those customers refer others, can be up-sold, and generally lead to market share...
To be completely serious... yes it bothers me too that ARR reported slower growth than expected, but it is a global number and hard to contextualize. I will be looking at the growth in customer acquisition when it is available.... not going to fret about things until then.
When I bought into LVT I did so knowing this is a 3 to 5 year gamble. Even by the company's own projections it is 18 months away from being cash flow neutral.
