I personally don’t think it’s fallen out of the sky because for a 42 million ARR company, it’s price is already at a low base. It may potentially drift to high 20s but wouldn’t expect lower than that.
admittedly they have been on a high growth pathway for quiet some time now, so I don’t ultimately see this as a fork in their growth. The 4C will shed more light hopefully on the operations of the quarter. A few high value customers may have dropped off (it’s going to happen, and happens to every company) affecting overall ARR, or the company may have just changed tact.
Was I frustrated? You bet yah. Is it a long term cause of concern? I don’t believe so...just yet.
Even though it wasn’t considered hyper growth, it’s still growth never the less, and if the market can see the company becoming self sufficient without needing another raise, then the growth doesn’t necessarily have to be hyper...only needs to be sustainable
