    Deepcore enterprise value of $44m (excl. additional earnout payments) for $50m of revenue p.a., forecast to increase to $70m p.a. for 2020.

    EBITDA of circa $12m. Half the rig number of Swick.

    Swick looks very cheap by these metrics, at (from top of my head) 2-3x the revenue, 2x the EBITDA-ish, 2 x the rigs plus Orexplore investment.
