Only now had the time to look through the quarterly and listen to the update. It seems very encouraging to me.

Initial success with Smartpage in the UK through the NHS procurement framework. Big push to phase out pagers by end of calendar year 2021.

Opportunities to extend virtual care through NSW Health. Initial 12 month contracts with Murrumbidgee and Sydney Local Health District.

Data support services with Victoria Health for their instant management system. Only 2 companies on the panel. 86 agencies, which need to comply by June 30, 2021. Typical contract value of $200k for implementation and $50k in annual support fees.

Still consideration for an acquisition, aimed at the UK market. Would likely be a best of breed product to enhance our offering which also benefits from the tail winds of the NHS digital transformation.

Marketing capability scaled up (no new hires planned), stabilized cost base going forward. MD purchasing significant shares on market at these levels and confident that this momentum will continue. Lots of eyes on ALC at the moment. Happy to sit and wait for the tide to turn.
