Interestingly; as provided by AlephBaruch above; there appears to be a similar contract awarded on 4 Feb 20 for a value of $1,322,763 for the same PoC, but denoted as "Application programming services". The contract published on Friday (30 Oct 20) for a value of $1,512,843.20 is denoted as "Software maintenance and support". Note both appear to have the same end date of 30 June 21. Appears to be a pretty significant contract for a single year.

Might be worth just emailing Alcidion to confirm this.

Correction to the above. The contract published on 4th Feb actually ends on 31 Dec 20 (not 30 June 21).
