99% positive report IMHO
The only thing I wonder is if $3m is enough to fund a nationwide US entry? Stock costs, advertising and marketing, staffing etc etc. Perhaps certain regions/telcos together with an online distribution nationwide is being envisaged in the initial stages. We will have to wait on details and funding options.
Interesting that US launch is strongly forecast for this calendar year - which means that negotiations must be almost finalised - it can't be too far away.
