I started to invest MSP early 2017 then to AVV after MSP merging with FFT (creation of AVA), it toke them year or two to take off with the help of Indian Contract. I did make a lot of profit from initial investment. I did trade a bit during the period for large special dividends and capital returns. Before the takeoff, I still remembered SP fell to $0.125. Now we have been in similar situation. The company has good products used by many government agencies and large companies. They are scaleable with good potentials. IMO, It is matter of time to get big contracts piled up the order book.
