The only reason any of those bookies like centrebet etc don't exist anymore is because they were acquired by another bookmaker. You have to be in the game to be acquired which to be perfectly honest is the end game for PBH. There is a reason PENN holds such a big chunk. It wouldnt surprise me at all if PBH is bought out and rolled into barstool in the states and a rebrand happens here.
