While it might be a bit much to accuse them of a cover up, they are certainly doing their best not to draw attention to it. It's hidden in the appendices, and I don't think it's mentioned in the accompanying investor presentation at all. You can bet that if they'd grown in market share in every state it would be headline stuff.
This isn't necessarily a criticism - it's what any competent corporate coms team would do; highlight the positive and downplay the negative.
