Losing market share in EVERY state wouldn’t be a concern if marketing/staff costs weren’t so high. I can’t help but feel with the rush into expansion of U.S. betting legalisation it’s just a case of scale - PBH can’t compete with the big U.S. books, it’s all about securing the market via loss making customer acquisition and then monopolising the way Flutter (through Sportsbet) have done here domestically
big yikes here at PBH, thankfully last raise was mainly insto so retail not getting too burnt there
