    0.3m ebitda for the quarter (ex imod tech division) ia bad. Even if this doubles every Q for the next 4 quarters (0.3 + 0.6 + 1.2 + 2.4 = 4.5m), it is still has a valuation problem.

    is management really competent to deliver when they can't even release reports without a follow-up correction.
