Yes on second inspection I agree that figure is for US only.
Sales from EU/UK etc look minimal and ANZ sales are unknown - not even reported on - so you are left to assume they are immaterial. Total Group BTM sales per quarter would be most helpful and if reported consistently from quarter to quarter you would have a clear picture of growth trajectory.
