1. Avaya is not a major PRO vendor, probably have a handful at best.
2. At the time of writing they have not applied for Chapter 11. This may change, but making statements like that is dangerous.
Avaya is close to Chapter 11, but has agreements in principle to.not go into BK, that are currently being held up by Apollo Asset Management who appear to want Chapter 11 or worse. All the detail is in the Avaya 8k released last week.
