    3 out of 5 board members benefit directly from the board approved additional remuneration - making 1.43m total remuneration or 8.3% of MC for the three. A fourth, Barry Lewin has resigned.

    I note the additional remuneration has been backdated to 1st August - 5 days prior to this ASX disclosure.
