In 2020 when PCs and peripherals were booming, Networking and Server infra were not.
Right now, PCs, peripherals and even new software dev have slowed. But Network and Security are going strong, the drivers mainly being things like the Medibank/Optus/Vic govt/Latitude breaches. You can't afford to pull spend here, because doing nothing usually costs more than doing something.
So I agree that spend that can be deferred WILL be deferred. But there are plenty of solutions here that can't be deferred, and DDR service a lot of that market.
Note: A lot of the software/licensing stuff is recurring in nature. That will continue.
