I think that is a very good prediction at between 11-15c final div, WIth sales booming DDR only need to get the cost base right and they will forge ahead with earnings growth again.
Understandably interest rates are a headwind, and working capital can be improved, but aside from that we should be in a strong position.
I would actually be ok if they kept the final qtr div at 10c, and used the surplus cashflow to pay down some debt. This would be a shift in policy away from paying out 100% of profits, but it would free the business up a fair bit and lead to strong EPS going forward.
Anyway this week has started well,
If we can hold $9+ post the ex div date we will know the market supports the share price level and put another floor in it. Then if we see Vlad or other directors picking up more stock we can expect 2nd quarter results to also be strong again.
I think that is a very good prediction at between 11-15c final...
