It is quite obvious that Vlad hires and fires and runs all of the operations. Vlad has made it clear why DDR are becoming the leaders in their industry. Being nimble, following the cutting edge, improving margins by increasing high margin recurring Saas business, being prepared to hire the best and purchasing suitable boltons to expand. That interview gave some very good insight as to what lies ahead.
