Companies only have to confess if they're going to miss by more than 15% ;-)
I doubt DDR management will abuse this loop hole, I'm confident they'll come clean if we're more than 5% off.
Regardless, I'm a happy long term holder, DDR is in the hand of capable and trustworthy founder / management with skin in the gam.
