Remember this isn't their market. It is their resellers market in the same way it is for Ingram Micro etc. DDR just serve those resellers well. Resellers then select DDR.

Enterprise market is rapidly winding down spending. Every IT vendor is seeing their run-rate business fall off a cliff.

Projects that were budgeted for in the pipe are still progressing (at a slower pace).

Net new projects are hitting a wall & fast.

Enterprise are now starting the redundancy cycles. Less staffing means less stuff needed. Assets will be sweated longer. This cycle has just begun and will now pick up the pace. It is a self fulling. We've been through these before.

Please don't fall for the marketing: The Distributor ... which is what DDR are ... are takers of orders that fulfil stuff hence the big warehouse. Everything else is just window dressing to their core business to allow them to talk as if they are driving the deal, making the opportunity happen. But DDR can be replaced with any Distributor and the net outcome will be exactly the same. There is no real magic.
