"There is no real magic"
Someone should tell my portfolio that over the last 5 years DDR is just an ordinary company doing a very ordinary job.....yes I know that between CY2018 & CY2022 they more than doubled revenues, NPAT & EPS, and I suspect a decent increase in market share, vendors & clients.....but hey, all ordinary distributors did that.
The dividends paid alone exceed the ASX200 return over that time, so even if it goes to $5 in the next 6 mths (that may test my risk appetite as chances are it'll get close to 50% of my portfolio at that stage), in real cash returns, I'll still most likely be beating the ASX200.
Anyway, if you have any other distributors putting up the numbers that DDR have (not shareprice, but rather profits and dividends), then by all means please share
