I had not considered that mgmt were timing newsflow in order to have a smooth agm, but perhaps that is the case.
I've always interpreted it as related to when they have signed a major deal in the US or when they have a little more certainty at least for 1H (which tends to be around this point in the year).
If I look at revenues and receipts, they clearly tend to be higher in 2Q with last year being an exceptional year......current quarter is also very respectable if we are to take their revenue numbers at face value (i.e. they are probably not audited so perhaps a little less review of this being a 1Q or 2Q item).
If they have another blowout 2Q (say 45m in revenues), they still need to do something in 2H to bring that up to ~20m per quarter to dtay profitable for the full year
Anyway, interesting point on newsflow.....lets see what guidance they come up with at the AGM
