Update again illustrates that the Australian office market is not uniform as defined by the headline reported 15%+ discounted sales of individual buildings in Sydney & Melbourne.
COF have shown that their high quality & diversified strategy has put them in a strong position to weather the current storm without a capital raising.
Unless, of course, Australia goes into a recession.
Personally I believe we are at or near the bottom of the unit price decline.
