Seems like a solid enough update.
The things I dislike are that it:
1. Makes no mention of the extraordinary discount to NTA and horrific shareholder outcomes.
2. Fails to outline specific initiatives to turn the tide.
I would be fine with the above if we saw significant on-market support from the directors. Given we aren't observing that, I'm skeptical whether they believe the rosy outlook.
