I couldn't find their explicit dividend policy but found this on their website : "The distribution policy is reviewed by each of the Boards at the end of each financial period in light of operating performance and current market conditions. For the current financial year the Group expects to pay a distribution of 30 cents per share with the retained earnings to fund investment in the business to support the development growth in a financially sustainable manner."
I think it would be interesting to ask management during an investor call what their hurdles are to increase.
