I don't actually classify Goodman Group as a "REIT" as they are WAY more than JUST a REIT.
Just under a year ago, I read a report on GMG and the argument against the company was that it was trading at a significant premium to its NTA ... and my first thought was "tell me you know nothing about this company without telling me you know nothing"
Anyway, this is one of the best managed companies in Australia
