They are rubbing our noses in "IT".
They are saying look at me, it's all about me, profits and the presentation, are a slap in the face for all holders.
Why bother with the above, we now have no choice, our shares are theirs.

Even the directors got shafted, although most of their holdings were handed to them free of charge.
