You are right-it needs $80mn ARR at current costs. But as they show, their costs outstrip sales. Plus they need about 6 months to turn the rev on and then since it is ARR you are only getting 1/12th per month (obviously).
As for KMP-I agree and did a big post about that. The CEO and previous CFO had really strong growth hurdles, which if hit (I think it went as high as $1 per share) we'd all be laughing. Alas, the CEO just swapped his milestones for a set 200,000 shares each year. That was the first red alarm bell for me. Secondly, aside from Sue pitching a little in (which is great), the board members are not putting anything in.
