OK i will take a bite: i am not as knowledgable and as good a number cruncher as most others here, but although the headline number seems good, that table on page 2 shows lower numbers, sometmes significantly, across all products in Q1 23, which is not a good look.
I can only hope this is a known soft qtr, but my expectation is the market will not look kindly on this
Having said that, SGS deal does look genuinely exciting prospect to FINALLY put a boost under future sales.
Will have to wait a few qtrs for that to play out though, so i am anticipating a painful 6-12 mths ahead until then.
But, that is all just instinctive response, gut feeling etc., not backed by any analysis, so would be DELIGHTED if someone can make me eat the egg on my face, to mix my metaphors, pre-breakfast.
