FLT news today along with the previous announcement by WEB could be contributing. The market may not be convinced that HLO can buck the trend even though they have upgraded their earnings. For me this just reinforces my accumulate and throw in the bottom draw because when they next report if HLO hit 2020 targets and the FLT and WEB report lower 2020 v 2019 as they have said they will I have a feeling HLO may just go on a nice little run DYOR.
