Following this "upgrade" Bell Potter have maintained their Buy recommendation with a 12 month price target of $5.85(net profit $46.8 EPS 37.8). The market disagreed, I think because of the fall in inbound tourism to Australia(9.7%) and perhaps that the remaining 3 quarters of EBITDA are not forecast to match the first quarter. I see it differently and think that it is very positive that the business is increasing its profitability despite these apparent headwinds. Like to hear from others please …..positive and negative.
